Salary: £25,604.23 – £26,786.83 per annum, pro-rata (£13.64 – £14.27 per hour) + unsocial allowance

The Role: Facilities Assistant – temporary, part-time post to support the operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to Venue Warden staff and Venue Management.
  • Assist with the opening, closing and operation of the buildings and surrounding grounds.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to daily activities for users and provide direct customer engagement and support.
  • Work primarily at Carnegie Hall Theatre, with occasional duties at other locations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work within organisational processes and procedures.
  • High level of customer care and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong time-management skills and willingness to undertake regular training.
  • Knowledge of security and overall health and safety, and flexibility to participate in out-of-hours alarm call-out rotas.
  • Good level of IT skills.
  • Good level of fitness, as the role is physically demanding.
