As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable moments for guests, whether they join us for a relaxed lunch, a coffee and cake break, or a once-in-a-lifetime wedding celebration. You will bring creativity and technical flair to your section, delivering dishes to a high standard while keeping your workspace spotless and meeting all food safety requirements. With a vibrant 100-seat restaurant and a further 80 outdoor covers, you will contribute to bringing our menus to life in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver dishes to a high standard while maintaining cleanliness and meeting all food safety requirements.
  • Bring creativity and technical flair to your section.
  • Maintain a spotless workspace and support HACCP principles as required.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment across a 100-seat restaurant and 80 outdoor covers.
Qualifications
  • A valid food hygiene certificate is essential.
  • An understanding of HACCP principles is essential.
  • Experience running one or more sections in a similar role.
  • A hardworking, passionate approach with a commitment to impeccable hygiene and cleanliness.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay proactive and organized as pace increases.
