About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and develop new opportunities across our diverse client base.

You’ll work closely with our Chief Executive Angus White and play a key role in expanding our services and customer reach, working with clients like the Edinburgh International Festival, DF Concerts, Glasgow Life, First Bus, AMEY and major national events.

This is a varied role where you’ll spend time in the office and out meeting clients, attending networking events, conferences and exhibitions.

For over 36 years, Direct Distribution has been helping organisations connect with audiences through impactful print marketing and bespoke campaigns. Our clients span arts, gigs & events, tourism, transport, and even construction — from world-class festivals and concerts to infrastructure and branding projects.

We’re a small, friendly team based next to Ibrox Underground Station in Glasgow, with free parking nearby and great transport links.

3. Organised, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressure.

5. Previous experience in print, advertising or digital sales is a plus — but not essential.

6. A collaborative team player who’s also happy to take initiative and lead on opportunities.

Hybrid working
30 days annual leave
Company pension scheme
