Purpose of Position: Asus UK is looking to expand our sales team in our components department. We are therefore looking to recruit a UK based Account Manager, who will be working with key product lines to continue our excellent growth from last year. The company is looking for a strong candidate to come in and help develop the business by looking after our existing key partners, as well as gain further business from new and existing resellers, E-tail and SI partners. Customers may be geographic or named accounts. Principle Accountabilities: Define, drive and meet or exceed expected revenue and unit targets. Define, measure and optimize investments. Focusing on efficiency, maximizing ROI and targeting mid and long-term growth Create and develop strategies to efficiently deliver expected revenue, unit and market share targets for your accounts. Out of the box thinking to build the channel. Liaise with internal departments to ensure Target/Goal achievement(s) are aligned with the wider business Analyse data to assess market conditions and identify both opportunities, and threats to ASUS products. Establish plans to exploit opportunities and mitigate threats. Build and keep strong relationship with all relevant accounts and partners Plan and attend all regular calls, meetings/trainings, events and trade shows with different account and partners. Attend internal training and meetings as required Plan and organize ASUS product launches and market introductions to manager accounts. Communicate ASUS technology, product roadmaps and strategies clearly and regularly to all relevant partners and customers. Understand customer products, supply and business requirements and communicate them clearly to ASUS Contribute on a regular basis to both internal and external marketing communications. Develop and manage relationships with internal and external key stakeholders. Complete administrative and translation work as required. Provide clear and precise communication both internally and externally, ensuring ASUS processes are followed at all times. What we are Looking for Minimum 3 years sales experience. Preferably with field sales/travelling included Experience building customer relationships and face to face meetings Organised, high attention for detail Proactive drive and creative thinking Passion for computing and gaming technology Preferable experience working within etailers/online sales platforms Ability to travel to assigned accounts. Full clean driving license
