An established education and training provider local to Hull is seeking an experienced Welding Instructor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional looking to transition into education - no teaching qualifications required. Fully funded teaching and assessing qualifications will be provided for the right candidate.
The Role
You will be delivering practical and theory-based training to Level 3 Fabrication & Welding apprentices, working across workshops and classroom environments. The role involves travel between sites, supporting apprentices both on-site and in learning environments.
Key Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication & Welding
- Extensive industry experience within fabrication and welding
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for developing others
- Willingness to work towards teaching and assessing qualifications (fully funded)
