An inspiring and adaptable Teacher to join a dedicated alternative education provision, supporting learners to re-engage with education and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching across core subjects, tailored to meet individual student needs.
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to support students who may have faced barriers to learning.
- Create a nurturing, safe and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
- Track progress, complete assessments, and adapt planning to ensure continual improvement.
- Support pastoral care, helping students develop confidence, motivation, and resilience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and maintain high standards of provision.
- Promote positive behaviour through restorative approaches and strong relationships.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with young people with additional or behavioural needs.
- Strong subject knowledge – ideally in English, Maths, or Humanities.
- Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage hard-to-reach learners.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to inclusive education.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
