Responsibilities
- You will guide Level 1 to Level 3 students and apprentices through their journey into land-based engineering.
- The role combines practical hands-on demonstrations in the workshop with teaching the theory in the classroom.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Industry Experience: A strong background as a Land-Based Engineer, Technician, or Agricultural/Plant Machinery specialist.
- Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Land-Based Engineering or a closely related field.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex mechanical concepts to young learners and apprentices.
- No Teaching Experience? No Problem. We will fully fund your teaching qualification and provide support to transition from the workshop to the classroom.
