A leading national training provider is seeking a Level 2 Automotive Technical Trainer to join their established team at their Glasgow campus. You Will
- Deliver Level 2 Automotive Maintenance & Repair (Light Vehicle) training in line with current industry standards
- Ensure all training reflects modern methods, emerging technologies, and manufacturer advancements
- Apply effective instructional techniques to support a range of learning styles
- Carry out assessments and maintain accurate trainee documentation in line with company policy
- Deliver training in accordance with internal QA processes, awarding body requirements, and Health & Safety regulations
- Provide welfare support and guidance to apprentices and employer partners
- Maintain up-to-date technical expertise through ongoing CPD and awareness of industry developments
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Automotive Maintenance and Repair (Light Vehicle)
- Strong, hands‑on industry experience
- A passion for developing others
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- No prior teaching experience required – fully funded teaching qualifications up to Level 4 are provided
