Location: Redhill
Contract: Full-time and Part time (3 days) available, permanent
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Up to £40k per annum, depending on qualifications and experience

  • Teach & Inspire: Deliver high-quality lessons across FE Business programmes:
    • FE Business (BTEC Levels 1, 2 & 3)
  • Motivate & Support: Help learners achieve their potential by creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment.
  • Collaborate & Contribute: Be an active part of a dynamic, welcoming team and help shape an innovative curriculum.

?? What We\’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Business or a related subject
  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to gain one)
  • Experience delivering at FE and/or HE level (ideal but not essential)
  • Previous experience delivering BTEC Business
  • Passion for student success and business education
  • Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills
