We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Motor Vehicle Teacher to join a college in Leeds, delivering high-quality teaching across Levels 1-3 on the curriculum side of the department. The role includes teaching both practical workshop sessions and theory lessons, supporting learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for a successful career in the motor vehicle industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging teaching across Motor Vehicle programmes (Levels 1-3)
- Teach a mix of workshop-based practical and classroom-based theory
- Plan, assess, and monitor learner progress in line with college and awarding body requirements
- Support and inspire learners from a range of backgrounds
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
Essential About You
- Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle
Desirable
- Teaching experience in Further Education or training
- Level 3 and Level 5 teaching qualifications (or equivalent)
