Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Plan and schedule public training courses up to 12 months in advance, ensuring capacity aligns with learner demand and business growth objectives.
- Manage tutor scheduling and resource allocation across classroom and virtual courses, matching expertise, availability and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate all course logistics, including venues, examinations, travel, accommodation and international visa arrangements.
- Maintain accurate scheduling, resource and course data within CRM and operational systems to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor course performance, bookings and delegate numbers, collaborating with Sales to maximise course viability and utilisation.
- Work closely with Operations, Technical and Digital Learning teams to ensure courses, content and tutor preparation are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Support tutor recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning to meet current and future training demands.
- Build strong relationships with tutors, acting as a key point of contact and supporting performance, feedback and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, operational efficiency and service delivery while ensuring compliance with KPIs and quality standards.
- Represent the Resource Planning function in cross-functional initiatives and provide support during peak operational periods as part of a shared rota.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous experience of logistics and / or resource management environment
- Solid understanding, knowledge and experience of electronic diary management and CRM systems.
- Experience working in a customer-led environment, leading service excellence.
To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:
- Previous experience working in a training company.
- General understanding of relevant training certifications and governing bodies including NEBOSH and IOSH.
