Working within our Operations Team, you’ll look after a caseload of clients and learners, supporting them from the moment a course is booked right through to exams and certification. You’ll coordinate our virtual, classroom and in-company Health, Safety and Environmental courses, handling everything from learner registrations and course materials to customer communications, reporting and exam support. You’ll need a great eye for detail, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems, while working closely with our Sales and Operations teams to give every client and learner a brilliant experience.
