Astutis, part of Wilmington plc, are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Health and Safety professional to join our growing team! If you're CMIOSH (or working towards it), and you hold both the NEBOSH General Certificate and Diploma, we'd love to support your development into a successful H&S trainer - even if you have no prior teaching experience.
The main focus of our Health and Safety Trainer is to deliver our Health, Safety and Environmental training programmes, including accredited courses such as NEBOSH, IOSH and IEMA, as well as bespoke programmes for our multinational client base. You will also contribute to learning design and course content development, provide tutor support, and assist with HS&E consultancy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering IOSH and NEBOSH (and potentially IEMA) accredited training, predominantly via virtual classroom, with some face-to-face sessions at venues or client premises.
- Providing subject matter expertise to support our Learning Design and Course Development team.
- Responding to learner queries via email, phone, discussion forums and LinkedIn, offering guidance on technical issues and learning requirements.
- Managing tailored HS&E training projects with clients.

Requirements:
- Both the NEBOSH General Certificate and NEBOSH Diploma.
- A strong background in a Health and Safety role with up-to-date knowledge of current regulations.
- Experience delivering accredited H&S and Environmental training courses in-person and virtually.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma and/or IEMA courses.
- Experience delivering NEBOSH Specialist Certificates and Awards.
- Experience developing high-quality training materials aligned with a syllabus or tailored to client specifications.
