Asset Manager Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Circa £70,000 + Car Allowance Role Overview The Asset Manager is responsible for the integrity, governance, and lifecycle management of asset information across a technical solutions portfolio. Working closely with operational teams, clients, and mobilisation teams, the role ensures asset data is accurate, compliant, and maintained within IBM Maximo and client CAFM/EAM systems to support safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. The role also provides technical asset management expertise during new contract mobilisation, asset verification programmes, and ongoing contract improvement initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Information Management Maintain accurate asset registers and planned maintenance data within IBM Maximo and client CAFM/EAM systems. Validate asset information through verification surveys and ongoing data quality reviews. Produce asset lifecycle plans, condition reports, and performance reports. Ensure asset information complies with client standards and statutory requirements. Technical Asset Management Undertake thermal imaging, energy surveys, asset verification, and Single Point of Failure (SPOF) assessments. Develop lifecycle replacement strategies, critical spares recommendations, and remedial work proposals. Produce and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), and technical documentation. Mobilisation
