Responsibilities and duties of the Wind Turbine Service Technician role:
- Carry out planned maintenance and servicing on Siemens 2.3 and Nordex N80 wind turbines.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
- Complete maintenance paperwork and service records accurately.
- Support the wider team to improve turbine performance and reliability.
- Take part in the on-call rota for breakdown response, including weekends and out-of-hours work.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules.
- Maintain PPE, tools, and company vehicles to a high standard.
- Assist with Risk Assessments and Method Statements when required.
