Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through service renewals, upselling and cross-selling. Develop and deliver strategic account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets. Identify and secure new customers within the Biomass-to-Energy and Waste-to-Energy sectors. Work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of contracted services.
