Astute's Power team is partnering with a client who provide expert advice to support solar PV, wind, and BESS projects worldwide to recruit a Quality Technician on a 11 month for its Staffordshire site.
The Quality Technician role comes with a rate of competitive rate per day.
- Key skills required for the Quality Technician role
- Field
Surveillance: Inspections of ramming, structure and modules mounting, cabling, trenching, foundations, internal roads among other tasks.
Adherence to
Manuals: Verification of torque marks, mounting sequences, and cable management as per supplier specifications.
Material
Traceability: Ensuring all components and materials arriving or installed on-site are correctly identified, tracked and verified.
Documentary
Support: Assistance in the progressive compilation of the 'Technical Memory' and management of checklists and ITPs.
Defect
Reporting: Immediate identification of technical 'Red Flags' to QA/QC Manager and PM to prevent rework.
