Astute's Power team are looking to recruit a Nightshift HSE Advisor on an Energy from Waste Project in North London on a 12-month contract.

Key skills Perform the Audit protocol and scheduled required by Law.

Be a QHSE ambassador and coach, support and train project staff on positive HSE actions, behaviours and compliance.

Manage the compliance of the HSE requirements on field.

Review the Risk Assessments included in the Method Statements of the subcontractors.

Assist the Project and Construction Managers in HSE matters.

Manage HSE training needs with the HSE Manager.

Controlling site HSE systems and have regular discussions on site about HSE performance with Site Managers and Contract Managers.

Conduct regular assessments of construction sites and inform site management of unsafe practices and unsafe conditions.

Must hold a NEBOSH and have experience within the Energy from Waste sector.

Mechanically minded with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and safe working practices relating to lifting operations.
