The Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader role comes with a starting salary of up to £60,000 + overtime. Responsibilities and duties of the Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will: Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Plan and deliver preventative, planned and reactive mechanical maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance tasks are accurately recorded and closed out within the CMMS. Manage maintenance stores, spare parts and critical equipment to maintain stock availability. Promote and enforce high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across the maintenance team.
