The vital Electrical Technician role comes with a basic salary up to £51,484 + Bonus + Overtime + skills shortage allowance + other excellent benefits. Responsibilities and duties
- Fault-finding and maintaining electrical assets including motors, switchgear, transformers, variable speed drives, HV plant, etc
- Working in line with maintenance techniques and best practices
- Undertaking/assisting in plant developments/projects
- Setting to work and supervising contractors
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records on the sites CMMS
- Ensuring HSE compliance at all times
Professional qualifications
- Ideally apprentice trained with an NVQ Level 3 minimum qualification in an Electrical related discipline
- A Health and Safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH would be advantageous
