Astute's Power Team is partnering with a UPS systems delivery, maintenance & services provider to recruit a Technical Service Manager to work on a hybrid basis which will require travel to their Alton Offices & to customer sites UK wide.
The Technical Service Manager role comes with a highly competitive salary of up to £70,000 plus company car / car allowance, private healthcare & benefits.

Responsibilities and duties of the Technical Service Manager role:
- Reporting to the Technical Operations Director you will act as the company's Technical Authority to provide expert technical guidance & support across the full range of UPS systems and the associated power infrastructure solutions.
- Supporting all key stakeholders including UPS Field Service Operations, Projects, Sales, approved subcontractors and customers.
- Acting as the central point of contact for complex technical matters, fault resolution, product support and technical training.
- Ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring compliance with HSE and industry standards.
- Delivering effective solutions and driving continuous improvement.
- Travelling to sites across the UK where you will be supporting technical investigations.
