Responsibilities and duties of the Senior Technical Asset Manager role

  • Lead the technical asset management team and set KPIs
  • Own portfolio availability, reliability, and performance
  • Manage and optimise BESS and renewable energy assets
  • Oversee O&M contractors and service provider performance
  • Analyse SCADA and operational data to drive optimisation
  • Manage commissioning activities (PAC, IAC, FAC)
  • Ensure HSE, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met
  • Support reporting, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
