Astute's Team is partnering with a thriving business in the anaerobic digestion sector who are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the team. The company has a HQ near Peterborough and sites in the Midlands and Cambridgeshire, with many more to come. The Maintenance Manager role comes with a salary up to £55,000, along with a good benefits list and car allowance.

Responsibilities and duties of the Maintenance Manager role:- Drive reliability and performance of anaerobic digestion assets
- Be accountable for and own the CMMS
- Plan, coordinate and deliver improvement projects
- Work with the team to develop business cases for new projects, including project scopes, budgets and schedules
- Lead the management of change process for all plant modification and improvement projects
- Conduct Risk Assessments, update P&IDs, SOPs and permits
- Report back to key stakeholders with all project progress
- Lead the small internal team in maintenance and work with senior leaders to grow the team in line with business needs
- Manage contractors when engaged to deliver any work
- Lead, coach and develop personnel in the team
- Champion health and safety at all times and lead from the front
- Conduct toolbox talks and support environmental compliance
- A degree or HND/C in a relevant engineering discipline
- Proven experience delivering OPEX and CAPEX projects
- Experience with CMMS
- Demonstrable leadership experience
- Anaerobic digestion experience is preferred but not essential; candidates from similar industries will be considered
- Detail orientated
- Solutions-focussed and enjoys a challenge
- Willing to get hands dirty as well as handle paperwork
