Responsibilities and duties of the Project Engineer role:
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and site operations teams.
- Apply technical expertise to design innovative engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects.
- Conduct site assessments and provide conceptual plans for lifting operations.
- Prepare and review both existing and updated engineering documentation.
- Create detailed drawings, calculations, visualisations, operation manuals, risk assessments, and other essential project documents.
- Oversee project execution to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
- Maintain rigorous document quality and control throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Participate in site visits to gather client requirements and be present during operations to lead, support, and motivate the team.

- IOSH Managing Safely desirable
- CCNSG Safety Passport desirable
- Experience managing large scale construction projects
