Astute's Power Team is partnering with a leading high voltage specialist with a commitment to professional development and sustainability, to recruit an Approved Electrician around Bristol. The Approved Electrician role comes with a salary of up to £47,000 basic DOE, plus a 20% performance bonus, a yearly profit share (~£8,000), guaranteed overtime and much more.

Responsibilities and duties of the Approved Electrician role:
  • Install cables & switchgear equipment
  • Carry out testing, inspection and compliance checks
  • Carry out substation lighting and power installations
  • Adhere to strict health and safety site regulations
  • Be prepared to stay away most weeks Monday-Friday
Professional qualifications:
  • JIB/ECS gold card approved electrician
  • 2391-52 or equivalent testing & inspection required
  • 18th edition qualification is essential
