We are working in partnership with a global Energy provider. We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor on a 6 month contract at the Medway One development at the former Kingsnorth Power Station site in Kent. The Site Supervisor role comes with a rate of £35-£40 per hour. The successful candidate will have experience in Power Generation and a Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, or a related discipline).
Key skills:
- Support the day-to-day management of the site during the pre-construction phase, ensuring it remains safe, secure, and operational.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors carrying out maintenance, inspection, and enabling works, acting as the primary on-site point of contact.
- Monitor contractor performance, site progress, and the completion of assigned works, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security tours, identifying, reporting, and helping resolve any site issues.
- Support the management of existing site infrastructure, environmental monitoring activities, and other operational requirements.
- Promote and monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including the review of risk assessments and method statements.
Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Site Supervisor role: Medway One development at the former Kingsnorth Power Station site, £35-£40 per hour, 6 months.
