Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading principal contractor to recruit a BIM Coordinator for a long-term contract for a project in North London.
Key skills:
- Support the Project Information Manager and BIM Manager with a robust digital framework.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance procedures and coordination workflows throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the application of the BIM Execution Plan and the Information Management Plan.
- Assist in review and help implement proper element and parameter naming on the model and prepare asset data procedures.
- Help to prepare and apply model quality assurance template report, IDS and apply clash report templates.
- Help to implement model quality assurance.
- Must have experience in performing model audits and quality reports.
- Must have advanced experience of Autodesk Revit, Blender/Blender BI, and Navisworks.
- Must have practical knowledge of managing information within a common data environment (ISO 19650 workflows).
Location, remuneration and timeframe of the BIM Coordinator role:
- Location: North London
- Remuneration: £400.00 - £450.00 per day
- Timeframe: May 2026 Long-term contracts
