Astute's Power team is partnering with leading Waste Management Company a to recruit a Commercial Manager on a Deposit Return Scheme across multiple projects in England. Location: Hybrid - UK wide Permanent or Contract Contract Rate: Approximately £400-£500/day, Inside IR35 Benefits: Private healthcare + car allowance/bonus package for permanent appointment Start: ASAP Project Duration: 15 years Provide commercial and quantity surveying support across the DRS programme. Manage commercial performance across multiple projects and work packages. Manage contractor valuations, applications, variations and change control. Monitor project costs against agreed budgets and programmes. Manage commercial risks and identify opportunities for cost savings. Support the Project Managers with commercial advice and reporting. Review contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met. Provide commercial input throughout project mobilisation, delivery and handover.
