Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Operations Director (Energy Division), you will:
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of two power plants.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage site budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Monitor plant performance, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and contractors.
- Implement and optimise maintenance strategies to maximise plant reliability and availability.
Professional Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
