Commissioning Boiler Supervisor
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Supervise/Oversee and coordinate all boiler commissioning activities on site
* Ensure all commissioning works are conducted safely and in line with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements
* Oversee subcontractors and vendors involved in boiler commissioning
* Execute and monitor pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures (e.g., flushing, chemical cleaning, dry out, steam blowing, emissions and combustion test, etc.)
* Review and sign off on commissioning documentation and test records.
* Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve technical issues
* Maintain detailed daily progress reports and communicate updates to the commissioning manager
* Participate in system walkdowns, punch listing, and handover processes
* Support troubleshooting and problem resolution during functional testing
* Ensure systems are commissioned in line with project deadlines and operational readiness standards
* Coordinate the boiler start-ups with the rest of the systems.
* Review the logics and the functional tests with the boiler TFAs.
* Review the boiler ash systems
