The Technical Control Centre Team Lead role offers a salary of up to £50,000 DOE, along with a pension scheme, private healthcare, bonus scheme, and flexible working arrangements. Responsibilities and duties of the Technical Control Centre Team Lead role Reporting to the Global Head of Data Services you will: Oversee day-to-day control centre operations, ensuring effective monitoring of wind, solar and BESS assets. Provide supervision, structure, and day-to-day support to a small team of control room operators. Set clear expectations around workload priorities, performance standards, and operational consistency. Act as a key operational contact for internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and response times. Monitor operational performance and support actions aimed at reducing downtime and improving asset availability. Support onboarding, training, and development of new team members within the control centre. Previous experience in a senior operator, shift lead, or supervisory capacity. Confident user of monitoring systems and digital operational tools.
