A well-established company based in Derby are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join the business on a temporary to permanent basis working 28 hours a week Monday to Thursday. Reporting into the Director this is a varied role covering the below:
- Setting up new personnel files
- Logging all holiday and sick leave
- Controlling supplies of items for the office
- Dealing with suppliers
- Obtaining quotes
- Raising purchase orders
- Dealing with all queries
- Producing various reports for management
- Attending management meetings
- General office administration
The company are looking for someone to work either 8:00 am - 3:30 pm or 8:30 am - 4 pm, Monday to Thursday with 30 minutes lunch break. They have free parking. Hourly rate £13.80 per hour.
