With continued UK and European growth and an exciting pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now seeking a highly organised HR & Payroll Coordinator to join their busy, fast-paced HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants to develop further in HR and payroll, and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating recruitment, interviews, offers and new starter paperwork
  • Preparing onboarding packs and maintaining accurate HR records
  • Managing leavers, exit documentation and system access removal
  • Updating absence, holiday and HR data across systems
  • Collating monthly payroll changes and working with an external payroll provider
  • Supporting pension admin and year-end payroll tasks
  • Producing HR reports and general HR documentation
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance and supporting audits/appraisals
  • Contributing to HR process improvements
