We are seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team for a growing client based in Nottingham. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day property operations, including tenant communications and lease administration.
- Support the leasing process by conducting data entry and maintaining accurate records using Yardi or similar property management software.
- Handle incoming phone enquiries with professional etiquette, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Organise and maintain administrative documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and tracking payments.
- Support property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests with contractors and tenants.
- Contribute to upselling opportunities by promoting available units or additional services to prospective tenants.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, prospective clients, and vendors at all times.
