Interim opportunity for a Derby based company until December has arisen to cover long-term sick. The role will be responsible for all aspects of HR for around 500 employees as well as collating hours for the weekly paid employees and sending to their outsourced payroll provider.
Duties will include:
- On boarding / off boarding employees
- Issuing contracts
- Right to work checks
- Employee disciplinaries and grievances
- Maternity / paternity / SSP / holiday queries
- Employee welfare and well being
- Accurate record keeping
- Identifying any training needs
- Attending senior meetings
- Collating and checking all hours for weekly paid factory staff
- Time and attendance
They are a friendly team, hours of work are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday although they can be flexible on these, onsite parking, this is a fully office-based role. Salary depending on experience: £40,000 - £50,000.
