This is a fully office-based role offering a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus. Key Duties:
- Managing the full credit control process for a high-volume customer ledger
- Chasing overdue payments via phone and email
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Resolving invoice and account queries efficiently
- Allocating customer payments and reconciling accounts
- Producing aged debtor reports
- Monitoring debtor days and reducing outstanding debt
- Escalating problematic accounts where necessary
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
- Working closely with internal departments to resolve payment issues
