This is a newly created role due to expansion for this well-established business based in Nottingham for an experienced lettings manager to manage a portfolio over their residential, commercial and student accommodations.
Reporting into the director you will be responsible for:
- Tenant Relations & Management
- Lease Management: Executing lease agreements, renewals, and managing tenant move-ins/move-outs.
- Issue Resolution: Acting as the primary contact for complaints, repairs, and emergencies.
- Viewings: Be responsible for conducting all viewings for potential tenants.
- Tenant Screening: Conducting affordability checks, background checks and references where needed.
- Evictions: Managing legal, compliant eviction processes.
- Property Marketing: Creating listings and advertising properties to attract suitable applicants.
- Deposit Handling: Securing deposits in government approved schemes and negotiating fair deductions at move out.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in lettings management.
- Organisational skills for maintenance scheduling.
This is a private portfolio, which is still growing. Friendly supportive team. Applicants MUST have a driving license. Salary between £30,000 - £35,000.
