We are seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team for a growing client based in Nottingham. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks. - Assist in managing day-to-day property operations, including tenant communications and lease administration.
- Support the leasing process by conducting data entry and maintaining accurate records using Yardi or similar property management software.
- Handle incoming phone enquiries with professional etiquette, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Organise and maintain administrative documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and tracking payments.
- Support property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests with contractors and tenants.
- Contribute to upselling opportunities by promoting available units or additional services to prospective tenants.
Previous office experience or administrative background is preferred. Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management systems is highly desirable. Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Professional phone etiquette and communication skills are required. A basic understanding of property management processes and procedures is advantageous.
