Astute Recruitment are seeking an experienced Interim Transactional Finance Manager to join a friendly, supportive team within a rapidly growing company in NG10. This is a key finance leadership role, with direct reports and reporting directly to senior management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
  • Ensure timely processing of all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions and manage tight deadlines
  • Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers and reconcile with the General Ledger (GL)
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and management reporting

Requirements / About You:

  • Proven experience managing a finance team
  • Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the business
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Proactive, organised, and capable of driving process improvements
