A growing SME business based in Ilkeston are currently looking for a HR & Office Manager to join the team due to rapid growth over the last few years. This role is a standalone role reporting into the directors, and you will be pivotal to ensuring all HR related matters are dealt with expertly and the office runs smoothly.
Main duties will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of human resources practices, structure and policies
- Onboarding and offboarding employees
- Employment contracts
- Disciplinaries
- Return to work
- Employee engagement
- Facilities management
- Managing relationships and negotiating costs for all office supplies
- Health and Safety
- Managing and attending meetings
- Working with the directors on key projects
- Diary management
This is an opportunity to really make the role your own, and to make a real difference. They are offering a salary of £35,000 - £45,000. Hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday to Friday. Free parking. This role is fully onsite; there is NO hybrid available.
