We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeperto join their team on a full-time, fully onsite basisat their office in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong bookkeeping experience who enjoys working with a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bookkeepingrecords for multiple clients across various industries
- Manage both accounts payable and receivable ledgers
- Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns
- Process CIS returnsand ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist with the early stages of accounts preparation
- Liaise with clients, resolving queries and providing financial insights
- Work across multiple bookkeeping software packages (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
Requirements:
- Proven bookkeepingexperience within an accountancy practiceor in a role handling multiple company accounts
