Responsibilities and duties of the Technical Support Engineer role:
- Provide technical support to customers and Sales team for Switchgear products, including application guidance and troubleshooting.
- Propose appropriate solutions to meet customer application requirements, ensuring technical suitability and clear communication of key assumptions or limitations.
- Deliver product technical and catalogue training to customers and staff.
- Attend customer sites to provide commissioning and troubleshooting assistance where required.
