Responsibilities and duties of the Lead ASHP Engineer role
- Install and commission air source heat pump systems in domestic properties
- Ensure all installations meet high standards, following industry best practices and compliance requirements
- Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company ethos on-site
- Occasionally assist with property surveys to feed into design decisions, leveraging your installation experience
Professional qualifications
- A lead installer / engineer (not service or maintenance) with 4 years of heat pump installation experience
- Holds Level 3 Heat Pump qualifications
- Certified in G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems
- Gas Safe registered

- Experience in domestic Air Source Heat Pump installations
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, flow rates, and system efficiency principles
