Ensure the highest safety standards are met by fostering an incident and injury-free work environment. Develop and drive business goals, ensuring efficient and reliable plant performance. Lead strategic site development and operational innovation. Cultivate a high-performance culture, encouraging engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: A proven track record of leadership and delivering business objectives within a safety-focused environment.
