Responsibilities and duties of the Site Supervisor role Reporting to the Operations Manager you will: Lead and oversee site operations: Manage day-to-day site activities, manpower, operatives, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the required quality standards.
