Astute's Power Team are working with a leading Environmental Services company in the UK and are recruiting for a Senior Hydraulic Modeller to join the team. Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise others to undertake various tasks while also delivering your own programme/projects.
- Plan and supervise various surveys.
- Build hydraulic models.
- Verify hydraulic models.
- Analyze results using a variety of software packages including Excel.
- Generate plans using Mapinfo.
- Conduct solution modelling.
- Audit the work of others (both internal and external).
Professional Qualifications
- Relevant degree or other qualification supplemented by appropriate experience.
- 6+ years practical experience in the wastewater hydraulic modelling field.
- Extensive technical understanding of ICM / Infoworks both 1D and 2D and associated software.
- Member of an appropriate professional body.

- Mentor and coach junior team members.
