Astute's Renewables team is partnering with one of the world's largest wind turbine manufacturers to recruit a Service Technician for its Peterborough site. The Service Technician role comes with a salary of £34,000 plus bonus and pension scheme and great career progression opportunities. Responsibilities and duties As a Service Technician you will: Performing maintenance both scheduled and unscheduled according to company manuals and regulations. Perform fault finding, troubleshooting and ad hoc repairs with autonomy when necessary. Carry out more complex repairs/exchanges of components in collaboration with technical support including the lead technician. Conduct all preparations works for maintenance activities. Ensure HSE is a high focus by always following the regulations in place. Ensure all equipment including vehicles to ensure all in good working and roadworthy order.
