What You'll Be Doing As a Delivery Team Leader, you are crucial to our growth, focusing on building the pipeline of candidates that drive our business whilst developing the team around you for success: Team Management: drive your team to achieve financial and activity related targets. Team Development: Coach and mentor your team to deliver a successful high performance culture. Team Reporting: reporton team activity to the Head of Sales to support business planning and manage day to day operations. Vacancy Management: Measure vacancy quality and manage team workflow. Candidate Sourcing: Using our internal database and job boards to proactively find and attract high-calibre candidates. Candidate Management: Overseeing recruitment processes and managing candidate experience alongside our Recruitment Partners.
