Due to growth, we are recruiting for an Account Manager in the sustainable and renewable industry to join Astute People! Offering a basic salary of £40,000 p.a plus bonus, this position comes with existing key client accounts, exceptional progression opportunities, and bespoke training with specialist recruitment trainers.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Account Management: Working with key accounts to recruit staff within agreed deadlines.
- Strategic Sales: Work with key account stakeholders to identify all areas of business requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Using our internal database and job boards to find candidates.
- Candidate Management: Oversee the recruitment process, working alongside our dedicated delivery team.
- Mentor Team Members: Supporting staff with recruitment best practice as part of your personal development.
