Responsibilities and duties Reporting to the you will: Manage mechanical design for water processing plants, ensuring project deliverables are met. Collaborate with clients, internal engineers, and CAD designers to integrate mechanical elements into plant designs. Develop equipment specifications and generate mechanical layouts (e.g., piping and equipment). Working with CAD designer and other design engineers to create and evolve P+ID, General Arrangement and detailed drawings to define the plant design. Maintain schedules and contribute to HAZOP processes. Communicate with site and commissioning managers. Evaluate quotations for technical compliance and participate in design risk assessments.
